Meet the Business Mentors - Don Hanslow

Don (the practical, practising, practitioner) has had 40 years experience across many industries.

 

He has been involved in a range of organisations including manufacturing, construction, hospitality, public service, local government. Don was a Senior Lecturer at TAFE for 30 years teaching industrial relations management and psychology.

As a mentor Don can provide many aspects of management which can improve the performance both of staff and operations. He takes a systematic approach to management which will enable the business to maintain a professional methodology to be successful. Don has extensive knowledge of interpretative know-how of awards and agreements. As well, as personal relationships with trade unions and industrial organisations established throughout his career.
