As a senior executive he has a proven track record in heading up and developing a team of manager’s .In a multi-store role he had the responsibility of ensuring company standards and procedures were being adhered to and maintained.

He assists in developing business plans which enables the business owner to improve their overall control their success. He believes the factors to success are: prior planning, doing a morning routine, delegation, motivation, training and persistence.
